  • 130g whole wheat pancake mix
  • 2 tbsp. quick-cooking oats
  • 120ml skimmed milk
  • 4 egg whites
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • Non-stick cooking spray
  • Reduced-sugar strawberry jam
  1. Mix pancake mix, oats, milk, eggs and cinnamon in a medium-sized mixing bowl with a spatula.
  2. Spray frying pan with non-stick cooking spray. Preheat at medium to high heat. Pour batter onto frying pan. When edges begin to bubble, flip to opposite side.
  3. Repeat with remaining batter.
  4. Top each pancake with reduced-sugar jam before serving.
