Ingredients:
  • 60mL water (boiling hot)
  • ½ packet instant oatmeal
  • 60mL skimmed milk
  • 1 scoop vanilla-flavoured whey protein powder
  • 50g strawberries
  • 25g blueberries
  • 2 tsp. ground cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp. linseeds
Directions:
  1. Combine oatmeal and water in a medium bowl and stir until thick.
  2. Add milk and protein powder and continue to stir until blended.
  3. Top with fruit, cinnamon and linseeds.
