For a cool treat on a hot day, try this low-calorie frozen fruit cup to satisfy your cravings without cheating on your diet.

Ingredients:
  • 16 tbsp. apple sauce (unsweetened)
  • 5 medium strawberries
  • 1 large orange, peeled
  • 100g grapes, seedless
Directions:
  1. Combine all ingredients and mix in a blender or in a bowl with a mixer.
  2. Pour all of the ingredients into a paper cup and let freeze overnight.
  3. Remove from freezer and enjoy!
